U.I. Medical Marketing is a group of individuals who are creative, passionate and dedicated to helping healthcare professionals grow their practice and stand out from their competitors. We got our start working with some of the busiest clinics and practices in New York, a place that has the highest standards which other places measure up against. Where competition is high, and innovation is key.
We are now working with medical professionals and practices in 10 states and currently expanding. What makes us different in the market place are two major reasons; we do not lock our clients into any long-term contracts so producing results becomes number one priority.
We firmly believe that to earn your business we must deserve your business. Another reason is that we actually work with your in-house team to maximize the external marketing efforts put forth by out specialists.

The journey of U.I. Medical Marketing started with our Founder, Raphael Mavi, in 2017. Raphael founded a consulting and training company specializing in culture development and marketing. He brought to the market place 17 years of experience working with a variety of industries internationally where he trained and consulted sales and marketing specialists in countries such as Germany, Russia, Turkey, Caribbean Islands, UK, Canada and US.
Shortly after starting Unplugged Influence, Inc. in 2017 majority of clients we worked with were in the healthcare niche simply due to word-of-mouth referrals. It was then when we made a decision to specialize in medical and healthcare marketing and only work with qualified clients, which are doctors and other healthcare professionals only.
Today our team of specialists in digital marketing, content creation and developers assist medical practices in brand development, reputation management and lead generation while Raphael and his team of trainers help decision makers with culture development, in-house marketing training, organizational training and recruiting/hiring. Our business model isn't typical, neither are our results. We help our clients not just get more patients and keep them, but improve retention of employees, increase work morale, performance and bottom line.
Since we are based in New York and New Jersey, naturally we started our journey in NYC. Currently we provide service in all cities and counties of New York and New Jersey, as well as Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Florida, Illinois, Texas and California.
